The Owners
Riverside Town Homes is owned by two Australian Families living in California. The owners visit the property regularly and work with the onsite management on a daily basis.
Don’t be surprised to hear the odd “G’day Mate” or ‘How Ya Goin” but don’t worry, you won’t be seeing any kangaroos bouncing around the community.
They are passionate about adding value to all residents’ enjoyment of this truly unique community by responding quickly to maintenance and community issues as well as promoting a harmonious living environment.
Riverside Town Home History
Formerly known as Riverside Gardens, the community was developed in 1975 as an up market condominium project catering to the wealthy.
Its proximity to various upscale country clubs in the outlaying Eastern Fresno area promised its success but as history often goes the beneficiary of this unique development continues to be today’s residents opting for an affordable solution to home ownership through longer term leasing.
With water supply restricting further growth to the North of Fresno the city has extended the 180 Freeway eastward to cater to the explosive redevelopment of the area south east of Clovis.
Our community is a mere 10 minute commute to downtown Fresno and the exclusive Clovis areas.
